Primo Food Service delivers direct to a strong national network of Foodservice distributors and retail outlets from two manufacturing & distributions centres located in NSW and QLD. We deliver across Australia. If you are a Foodservice distributor and would like to stock our products, contact us today. If you are a Foodservice outlet, we can let you know who your closest Primo distributor is. See "Find a distributor" to log your details and we'll be in contact with you to advise the best solution to suit your needs.

Primo Food Service have a range of Distributors Nationally; we will be able to point you in the direction of one of our trusts Distributors, depending on your requirements and location- Check out our "Find a Distributor" Section to log your details with us and we'll be in contact with you to advise you of the best solution to suit your needs.

All products produced within our two Facilities at Chullora & Wacol are Gluten Free.

Unfortunately we do not deal directly with private consumers, although you will find our products at your local retail outlet; Coles, Woolworths and most Independent Retailers.

I'm not a Primo customer can I register online & place orders ? Navigation Show below Hide below

To use our customer portal, you need to be an active Primo Account holder. Contact our National Contact Centre today to determine if you qualify. Call 1800 111 253 or email customercare@primosmallgoods.com.au.

Once I register for the Primo customer online ordering portal can I shop online immediately ? Navigation Show below Hide below

Once you are a Primo Food Service Account holder & your portal account has been set up, you can start purchasing online. You will aslo gain access to information regarding invoices, due dates, order status, placing orders, and reviewing past orders. Access to the portal is via a secure login and password so your information will always be secure & can only be accessed by approved account holders.

If your complaint is regarding an order, delivery or invoice, you will need to contact our National Contact Centre within 48 hours of identifying the discrepency or issue. Call 1800 111 253 or email customercare@primosmallgoods.com.au and our team will get back to you shortly. If your issue is not with these areas please complete the 'contact us' form on our website.
